A small dish in matte black, formed so the sides fold and drape like cloth left to settle.

For dessert, for olives, or for keys by the door.

Finishes vary between individual pieces. Colour, surface texture and small irregularities differ from item to item — two of the same vase will not be identical. The material for each piece is listed on its product page.

Care. Dust ceramics and stone with a dry or barely damp cloth. Keep unglazed terracotta and untreated wood away from standing water. Wipe metal and glass with a soft cloth rather than an abrasive cleaner. Nothing here is dishwasher safe unless the product page says so.

Sizes are listed on each product page. Please measure your space before ordering — photographs flatten scale.

Shipping is free, always — no minimum, and nothing added at checkout.

We dispatch within one or two business days. After that, expect ten to thirty days. That is longer than you are used to, and we would rather say so here than leave you wondering on day twelve: we keep no warehouse, so your piece ships direct from the supplier, often from outside your country and in plain unbranded packaging. It is also the reason it costs what it does.

Tracking reaches you by email the moment it leaves. An order with several pieces may arrive on different days, and you are never charged twice for that. If thirty days pass and nothing has arrived, email us and we will chase it or refund you.

Thirty days to change your mind, counted from the day it arrives. Email contact@atelierverona.com and we'll send instructions — there is no form to fill in and nobody you have to persuade. Send it back unused and in its packaging, and the refund reaches your original card within ten business days of it getting to us.

On a change of mind, the return postage is yours. If it arrives damaged, faulty or simply not what you ordered, that one is ours — send a photograph and we cover the postage and replace or refund in full.

Is this the actual item I'll receive?
The item you receive matches the product described on this page. Some photographs are styled to show scale and setting, so colour and finish can vary a little between screen and piece. If what arrives isn't what you expected, you have 30 days to send it back.

How long does delivery take?
Usually 10 to 30 days. We don't hold stock — orders ship directly from our supplier, often from outside your country, and arrive in plain unbranded packaging. More about how this shop works.

Where do you ship?
The United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is free to all four. Import duties, where a country charges them, are the recipient's responsibility.

Is checkout secure?
Payment is handled by Shopify Payments. We never see or store your card details.

Can I ask something before ordering?
Please do — contact@atelierverona.com. We answer Monday to Friday, usually within one business day.
