Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order. There is no minimum and no surcharge at checkout.

Where we ship. We currently deliver to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

How your order is fulfilled. Atelier Verona is an online retailer and does not hold stock or operate a warehouse. We select products from third-party suppliers and manufacturers, who ship your order directly to you. This means orders are often dispatched from outside your country, arrive in plain unbranded packaging, and take longer to reach you than they would from a domestic warehouse retailer.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Estimated delivery is 10 to 30 days from dispatch. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves.

If your order contains several items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. You are never charged more than once for this.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other events outside our control. If your order passes 30 days without arriving, email us at contact@atelierverona.com and we will either chase it or refund you.

Duties and import taxes, where a country charges them, are the responsibility of the recipient.
