Who we are

Atelier Verona is a small online homeware shop. It is operated by Atelier Verona, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can reach a person at contact@atelierverona.com, Monday to Friday, usually within one business day.

How the shop works

We want to be straightforward about this, because it affects when your order arrives.

We do not make the products we sell, and we do not hold stock. There is no warehouse and no showroom. We source products from third-party suppliers and manufacturers, and when you place an order it is shipped directly from that supplier to your address.

What that means for you in practice:

Delivery usually takes 10 to 30 days, which is longer than a domestic retailer holding local stock.
Orders are often dispatched from outside your country.
Parcels arrive in plain, unbranded packaging rather than our own.
If you order several items, they may arrive separately on different days.

The upside of working this way is price: without warehousing and local distribution in the middle, we can list pieces well below what an equivalent stocked retailer charges.

What we actually do

Our job is selection. We look through a great deal of ordinary product and list only the pieces we think are worth owning — things that hold up in a room rather than shout at it. Product descriptions, materials and dimensions on each page are our own, and we try to keep them accurate. Some photographs are styled to show scale and setting, so colour and finish can vary slightly between screen and object.

If it isn't right

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything for any reason. Email us and we will send you return instructions. Return postage is paid by you and is not refunded — but anything that arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we replace or refund at our cost.
