We select and check what we sell rather than manufacture it, and we'd rather tell you that here than imply otherwise anywhere else.

Common questions

Mostly stoneware, terracotta, stone, glass and acrylic — the material is listed on every product page. Finishes vary between individual pieces, so colour and surface texture differ slightly from the photographs.

Ten to thirty days. We keep no warehouse, so pieces ship direct from our suppliers, often from outside your country and in plain unbranded packaging. That is the trade: a longer wait, and a price that isn’t carrying a showroom. Tracking arrives by email the moment your order leaves — and if thirty days pass with nothing at your door, email us and we’ll chase it or refund you.

Thirty days, counted from the day it arrives. Get in touch and we’ll send instructions — there’s no form and nobody you have to persuade. On a change of mind the return postage is yours. If it turns up damaged, faulty or simply not what you ordered, that one is ours: we cover the postage and replace or refund in full.

Mostly, with one thing worth knowing. The lead image on some product pages is a styled photograph we produce to show scale and setting; the remaining images come from the supplier and show the item itself. Colour and finish can vary a little between a screen and an object in your room. If what arrives isn't what you expected, you have 30 days to send it back.
