Delivery is free worldwide and takes 10 to 30 days from dispatch. Returns are open for 30 days from delivery and we send the label. Most questions are answered on our FAQ page, and the full terms are in our shipping policy and refund policy.
If something has arrived damaged, send a photograph with your order number and we will replace it or refund you — no need to post it back first.
